Apex Home Surveys is a professional surveying firm based in West Sussex, specialising in residential property condition surveys.
We combine technical expertise, experience and the latest surveying technology to deliver clear, insightful and reliable reports to homebuyers, property owners, managers and investors.
We are members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and an RICS regulated firm. As such, we adhere to the highest professional and ethical standards.

What areas do we cover?
Based in Billingshurst, we usually travel up to 1 hour in any direction: all West Sussex, East Sussex and parts of Surrey and Hampshire. Travel to properties further afield would be by agreement.
Meet Our Surveyor
Our surveyor, Roland Martin, has a first-class Honours Degree in Building Surveying from Brighton University and has gained substantial experience working for large corporate firms as a residential surveyor and valuer.
He has a high level of personal and professional integrity and is motivated to deliver the best service available. He is reliable, cheerful and trustworthy.
He lives in West Sussex with his wife Amanda and enjoys the countryside (favourite is grabbing a coffee at the Bluebird Café, Ferring Beach and walking along the coast), and anything motor-sport related.
