Our services
We offer residential property condition reports. They are based on the RICS Home Survey range, but bespoke, going above and beyond the RICS baseline requirements:
Level 1 – Condition only (no advice)
Level 2 – Condition and advice (ideal for most home buyers)
Level 3 – Detailed analysis and advice (suits either older, complex, poor condition properties or where major alterations are planned).
Written in plain language, each uses a simple to understand ‘traffic light’ system to indicate the relative condition of the various elements of the building and grounds.
All reports highlight the property’s defects – some of which may be significant but not obvious to the untrained eye. Knowledge of these is highly desirable and valuable before you legally commit to purchase. Forewarned is forearmed.
